Q. I would like to cancel my order.

Please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 24 hours of placing your order. In principle, we do not accept cancellations after this time.


Q. When will I receive the product?

Once we receive your order, we will ship it directly from our overseas warehouse.
Therefore, it usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

*Delays may occur due to international shipping. Please note that in some cases it may take up to a month.


Q. Can I check the delivery status?

Yes. It is possible.

Q. I haven't received the email.

After placing your order, an order acceptance notification email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
Depending on your email settings, emails may end up in your "spam" box. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check them first.

Q. I would like to change my payment method.

Payment method cannot be changed after payment is completed.
If you contact us, we will process the cancellation, so please place your order again.


Q. Can you ship overseas?

Delivery is available across universe.

 

Q. What happens if I forget to make a payment after making a purchase at a convenience store or bank? Can I cancel?

If payment is not made, the following penalties and risks will occur.

1. Future purchases may be restricted. It may be difficult to accept new purchases on the EC site.

2. You will be forced to consider legal action. Not only will our lawyer send a certified mail to your registered address, but you will also have to request a collection agency to handle the collection, and a violation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

Your order will be suspended until we are unable to confirm your payment, so we kindly ask that you please make your payment as soon as possible.

Q. How will I receive a refund after cancellation?

For refunds made before a request is made, our store will handle the cancellation process and you will not be charged for the product price.

Refunds will be made to the payment method used by the customer after we process the cancellation.
Please note that the dates for refunds to be reflected may vary, so please check the dates below.

[If paying by credit card]
We will send negative credit data to your credit card company. Depending on the deadline of each credit card company, the charges may be offset within the same month, but if the charges extend over two months, you may be charged once. In that case, please rest assured that the amount will be processed as a negative amount from the next month onwards.

*Please note* If you order by installment payment, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
*In the case of an order with bonus payment, if the return is processed during the switching period between summer bonus payment and winter bonus payment, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.


[When paying with Amazon Pay]
If you register a debit card or prepaid card with Amazon Pay, the amount will be deducted from your account balance when the card is authorized. If you cancel your purchase after making a purchase, the refund will be returned to your original account, but depending on your credit card company, the refund may take up to 60 days.

Approximately 1 to 3 weeks after receiving the returned item. If you wish to receive a refund via bank transfer, please register your bank account information during the order history process. Time required for refund: 1 to 3 days after receiving the returned item.


[If paying with Shop pay]
If you use Shopify Payments and request a refund after a cancellation, the amount will be deducted from your next payment.
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to be credited to the customer.
